Toc Hostel
is a hostel located in the city center of Madrid, at 100 meters from Puerta Del
Sol.
It is on 5 floors, the first floor is so small that I discovered it only the second day
we were there, the second is reserved to a bar and a breakfast room. The hall of
the hostel is quiet small with a lift usually busy because of the great number
of people in the hostel. The main stairs are wooden and I liked them because they looked vintage.
The reception staff is welcoming, very funny and always available. The rooms are small but its furniture is well organized so they do not seem to be so small. Each room has two bathrooms and from six to eight comfortable bunk beds. The white color of the walls and furniture highlights the tidiness and cleanliness.

Breakfast
is served from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and I found it satisfying and filling but don’t
trust me, I do not have a sophisticated palate! After breakfast that room becomes a
billiard room with a bar in front of it.
There is really pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I think in a 1 to 10 scale it deserves a 8,5.
